Whew...what an ending.
That makes two games in the books for Friday. In the second of four games in the Georgia Dome today, 12th seeded Georgia Tech played much like it did Thursday in its upset of 5th seeded Clemson by staying close with four seed Florida State throughout the game. The cinderella run in Tech's home city would not continue, however, as the Jackets fell to Florida State after having a lead with 11 seconds remaining.
Georgia Tech could, and maybe should have won this game. The Seminoles should feel relieved to have survived the Buzz. They will have to play much better tomorrow if they hope to upset Carolina.
